Junior Electrical Project Engineer

Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join its team.

As a Electrical Project Engineer at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and technical follow-up of equipment and industrial installations in energy, nuclear, or general industry. You will be involved in all phases of a project, with responsibilities growing according to your skills and interests.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Perform electrical studies: sizing, component selection
• Prepare technical drawings and schematics (electrical, instrumentation, control systems)
• Follow up installations on-site
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, process, civil)
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and system optimization

ABOUT YOU:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical, or automation engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial projects or design offices
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
• Knowledge of CAD/CAE software and electrical design tools (Eplan, AutoCAD…)
• Analytical mindset, growing autonomy, and team collaboration skills
